Is the jewelry solid silver/gold?

All materials are solid sterling silver (925). They are stamped as 92.5. Rose gold and gold pieces are 18k gold plated on sterling silver.

How do I keep my jewelry clean?

There are a number of different finishes available so if in doubt please ask for specific advice regarding the piece you have bought.

Generally the following applies:

  • To protect it and contribute to its longevity, we suggest that you store your jewelry in a protective box or pouch or plastic zip lock bag as metals and stones can scratch when they come into contact with each other.
  • Do not let your jewelry come into contact with perfume, sprays, salt water, household detergents, chlorine, and other cleaning agents. Exposure to harsh chemicals reduces the shine of the pieces.
  • To reduce tarnish, Use a polishing cloth to shine your jewelry. Please note polishing will not remove scratches. It is normal for the polish to wear off over time.
  • Neighbouring pieces of jewelry of differing metal, eg. a Silver ring next to a gold ring, will wear at different rates, so it is advised to keep pieces of the same metal together but all separately packed in zip lock bags to avoid excessive wear on the softer items. Also, jewelry with stones should be kept away from metal jewelry again to avoid scratches. 

What is the black coloring on a lot of the jewelry?

There are two different types usually seen on silver jewelry: one is deliberately caused and is referred to as oxidation, created using a chemical that is applied to the surface. The resulting black color is the end of a process called patination. The other is naturally occurring and the tarnish is likely to occur with time and wear, this is not a manufacturing defect but a property of silver metal and can be removed using the cleaning methods.

What is the length of guarantee of jewelry?

 We treat each case on an individual basis, looking at wear and tear since purchase and the reason for returning the item. There is no official warranty period on any items.

How can I place an order?

Here’s a simple guide to help you place an order on AHADJEWELRY.COM:

  1. Browse through the products. Select the Product(s) you would like to buy and add them to your bag.
  1. After you add everything you need to click ‘View Bag” and then "Proceed to Checkout".
  1. Under New Customer, add your email and click “Proceed”.
  1. Fill in your shipping information, then choose the payment method.
  1. Click "Place Order Now". 

Do you have a physical shop?

 AHAD JEWELRY has a physical store in Al Qurum, Muscat.

How can I pay for my order?

We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible so we offer lots of payment options, including:

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please send our customer care team an email at ahadjewellery@gmail.com quoting your order number and request a cancellation.

Alternatively, you can also call us on +968 96433744 during our regular working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 am-05:30 pm GMT+4). 

Please note that if your order has already been processed and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.

DELIVERY 

Where do you deliver to?

You will be glad to know we deliver anywhere in Oman. Some areas take longer than others and that depends on the courier company.

We can deliver to your home, office, or hotel but not to a P.O. Box.

When will I get my order? 

Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Saturday-Thursday), except on Oman public holidays.

For deliveries in the Oman, you will receive your order within 3-5 working days. Our courier company will confirm the best delivery time in advance.

How can I track my order?

When we process the order, you will get a notification with the tracking code from the shipping provider.

You can track your order with any of our delivery partners by logging onto their website and quoting your tracking number.

The courier can keep your order for a maximum of 7 days, and if after 7 days you cannot be reached, the order will be canceled and returned to our warehouse.

RETURNING AN ORDERED PRODUCT FOR REFUNDS

How do I return a product?

We understand that there may be times when you want to return something you’ve bought and we are here to help you out. 

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email to our Customer Care team at ahadjewellery@gmail.com with your order number, mentioning the Product(s) you wish to return.

After 14 days we will not accept any request for returns.

All Product(s) must be in the original packaging and unused with its AHADJEWELRY.COM return tag.

Can I return a product that I have worn?

For any Product(s) to be eligible for return at AHADJEWELRY.COM, the item must exhibit a manufacturing defect or the plating must have faded. Returns will only be accepted if these specific issues are identified. If the goods are found to be in perfect condition and unworn, including their return tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, or boxes, they will not be eligible for return.

Upon receiving the Product(s), our Customer Care team will send you an email to confirm that the Product(s) have been received and whether they are eligible for return based on the criteria mentioned.

For your security and to ensure proper tracking, we advise using a courier company or registered postal service when returning any Product(s). Please be aware that all responsibility remains with you, the customer, until the Product(s) are safely received by our Customer Care team.

How much time can I hold a product before returning it?

We generally do not accept returns on jewelry items at AHADJEWELRY.COM. However, an exception can be made if the item is brought back to us within 48 hours of buying or receiving the order. If you wish to explore this exception, please ensure that you notify us and return the Product(s) within the specified 48-hour period. After this time frame, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How much does it cost to return a product(s)? 

For returns within Oman, we kindly ask our customers to note that the cost of return will be their responsibility unless the plating of the Product(s) has faded or there is a noticeable manufacturing defect. If the Product(s) are in perfect condition, a return will not be feasible.

We understand that returns may be concerning, and we recommend using a reputable courier service and insuring the shipment to ensure it reaches us safely. Please remember that the Product(s) remain under your responsibility until received by our Customer Care team.
